Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for shortened stays. Advance Deposit is
refundable 30-days prior to arrival date less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within
30-days of arrival. Once an advance deposit has been placed for December, January, February, or March reservation, it
will become Non-Refundable, no exception.

Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Spring and Summer and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Fall and Winter.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-Out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to pay 1/2 days rent.
